The development status of some subdivided products in the distribution switch control equipment industry in China will be analyzed below.

1. The intelligent function of the universal circuit breaker will be further improved

Universal circuit breakers are also called frame circuit breakers. Universal circuit breakers play an extremely important role in low-voltage power distribution systems. In recent years, with the acceleration of China's power grid construction, the output of universal circuit breakers has grown rapidly. According to forward-looking estimates, the output of China's universal circuit breakers in 2017 was about 1.32 million units.

In the future, the development of universal circuit breakers is still mainly intelligent, and its intelligent functions are further improved based on DW45. In terms of communication functions, the universal circuit breaker will be based on the current intelligent controller and the RS485 interface protocol (Profibus system), and will be linked to a larger capacity and faster IEC communication interface (protocol) to achieve a more comprehensive Remote control, telemetry, telemetry, and remote adjustment functions for fieldbuses in small, medium and large areas.

As a branch circuit protection switch in the power distribution system, the MCCB works reliably, which not only ensures the reliable power supply of the branch circuit, but also guarantees the operation safety of the entire power distribution system. The product structure is relatively complicated and the manufacturing process is relatively high. The stability and reliability of MCCB mass production can also better reflect the manufacturing level of low-voltage electrical appliances.

China's third-generation MCCB is represented by the CML and S series, which is equivalent to the level of foreign countries in the mid-1980s to the early 1990s, and its secondary development products and SA series are equivalent to the levels of foreign countries in the mid-to-late 1990s. Except for the automatic assembly line, a few outstanding companies manufacture other industrial equipment and manufacturing capabilities close to the world's advanced level, and most companies still have a large gap compared with foreign countries.

Third, Zhejiang small circuit breaker production accounts for 70% of the country

According to statistics, in 2016, the output of small circuit breakers nationwide was approximately 69.746 million units. According to forward-looking estimates, in 2017, the national output of small circuit breakers was about 74.36 million units.

Miniature circuit breakers are mainly used for the control and protection of power distribution systems such as households and public buildings. The quantity is large and the product quality is directly related to the safety of people's lives and property. As the main production base of domestic miniature circuit breakers, the annual output of Zhejiang miniature circuit breakers accounts for more than 70% of the total domestic output. The overall quality level of Zhejiang small circuit breaker manufacturers can be roughly divided as follows. The products of Zhejiang Zhengtai Electric Co., Ltd., which has obtained the "Made in Zhejiang" standard certification, are close to the international advanced level; about 24 other companies have reached the intermediate level, and 115 others Although the products are qualified, the quality level is still in the middle or even lower level.

4. High concentration of high-voltage AC load switch market

In recent years, the market for 40.5kV high-voltage AC load switches has developed rapidly. In 2016, the output of 40.5kV high-voltage AC load switches reached 26.51 million units, and the average compound growth rate in 2009-2016 was about 8%. Around the stage.

In the high-voltage AC load switch market, fewer than 10 companies produce 40.5kV high-voltage AC load switches, of which Zhejiang Ziguang Co., Ltd. has a large market share and is in a relatively monopoly position; about 60 companies produce 12kV high-voltage AC load switches Home, of which Xu Ji Group Co., Ltd. has a larger market share.

In recent years, the output of China's load switches and ring network cabinets has grown rapidly, but the ratio of 12KV load switches to circuit breakers is only 1: 2.3, while the ratio of foreign load switches and circuit breakers is 5-6: 1; this shows that China's load switch has a lot of room for development. Since the load switch is mainly installed in the ring main unit, the demand for the load switch will also increase as the demand for the ring main unit continues to increase.
